The health and safety of our team and our customers is of utmost importance to us. We continue to be vigilant by implementing our well-established strict protocols against the spread of COVID-19 or other viruses. You can be assured that any equipment that is released to our customers has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and then covered in plastic or special covers to keep it clean. Returned equipment is retained in between equipment bookings, for further health and safety protocols for our staff and customers. In addition to these measures, our fully vaccinated team will maintain safe social distancing with customers, wear PPE when delivering or picking up equipment. We are also encouraging “contactless” pickups or deliveries when possible. For Airbnb's, we can set up before your arrival upon arrangement.
Cancellations:
In these unprecedented times, we are mindful of the uncertainty surrounding travel restrictions. We understand the need for flexibility in our policies to ease our customer's concerns. We have implemented our standard 48-hour cancellation policy for all bookings during this time. This means that payments will be processed 48 hours before your rental start date to allow for any changes to your booking. Cancellations after this time will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
